Firstly the phone was delivered in good condition I didn't get a charging block,no headset and the charging cable cannot even fit in my old charging block. Seller reply in a timely manner to emails so I'll give them a five star for customer service. Have to be using my old charger for the phone so basically its just the phone I got after spending 299 usd. I would do business with them again.

Note20 5g was delivered quicker than expected. It was in very good condition as stated and when the battery was checked it was at 93% capacity. I saw that the vendor was selling a new note 20 5g and was interested in that one instead and the vendor was very easy to communicate with and quick to reply.
